Tytronics is an experienced contract electronics manufacturer, producing customer-specific electronic assemblies for a variety of different industries.

Tytronics coordinates material procurement and work orders using a computerised manufacturing automation system. This ensures customer specific orders are delivered on time and inventory costs are minimised.

Electronics manufacturing technologies include Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines, solder paste PCB screening, wave soldering, fully automated conformal coating and 7 stage re-flow oven with temperature profiling. Assembly techniques include automated through-hole dip, axial and radial insertion and hand assembly stations.

Product assembly and testing is carried out in a cellular environment. Customised assembly jigging and functional testing jigs are widely used for quality product finish and are provided in-house by our production engineering team. Our product manufacturing capability includes ultrasonic welding and computerised coil winding.
